1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Childcare Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Childcare Connect is a childcare booking platform that enables childcare providers to manage bookings, carers, and family accounts, and enables parent families to request and track childcare sessions.
3. Account Registration
Parent and carer accounts are created by registered childcare providers. Providers may self-register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Childcare Connect only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not use the platform to harass, harm, or deceive others.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Childcare providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, the suitability and qualifications of their carers, and the services they deliver. Childcare Connect is a platform only and does not employ carers or providers.
6. Payments
Payments for childcare services are made directly between families and providers outside of the Childcare Connect platform. Childcare Connect provides payment tracking functionality only and is not responsible for payment disputes.
7. Bookings & Cancellations
Booking requests are subject to confirmation by the provider. Cancellation policies are set by each individual provider. Childcare Connect is not responsible for any losses arising from cancelled or declined bookings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Childcare Connect is provided as a software platform only. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any childcare services arranged through the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and technology on Childcare Connect belongs to Childcare Connect. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
